I've been using the ipod for about a year now and like it a lot. I primarly use it for long runs. I have done some inerval workouts on the track and some fartlek where I set up a playlist to coincide with the pace I wanted to run. It's a good tool but I never wear it when I am racing.

I am arriving in NY on the 5th of May and will be there until the 19th. Would love to have a training partner (preferably female - after all this is a dating site) whilst there. I generally run in the mornings (around5.30 or 6.00) and cover off 10 miles within an hour and 10mins. I also like doing longer runs (about 15 to 20 miles) either on Saturday or Sunday. I will also be in Miami from the 19th for a week. I have never been there and would also like someone to run with me.
