Anyone have the Nike/iPod kit for tracking your runs? What do you think? Does it work on a treadmill?

Οκτωβρίου 14, 2009 from mexiladylumps   El Paso hi i have the Nike/iPod i love it i just have trouble when it locks on its own and i sometimes loose the info on it ---like it didnt save it and as long as you keep moving it should work on a treadmill but i enjoy outdoors more than the 4walls in the gym

I have been running for a few years now and i loved that it helps me keep my weight down and i pretty much eat all that i feel like eating--my question is how do you deal with the aches and pain from running?i run 5ms in about 1hour and i get hip pain and it doesnt go away i hate taking meds so i just hurt i use to run 3 times a week now im down to once per week any suggestions other than stop running?

I like running in the park, but i think i'm too slow! i see old people pass me!I use this couch to 5k program in my ipod. It tells me when to start walking, running, and a cool down too. Plus i can listen to music at the same time!
