I am a singal ferst time dad. I put my boy ferst and me last. I try to make peal happle. but som timse i dont. I try to be the best dad i can, I dont know how to make me happy and cer for my boy?

Being a dad doesnt have to interfere with ur happiness. Find time, go out with your kids, try new stuffs, hang out with a good person, forget your stress, eat right. It all makes u forget your worries. Do not neglect your child though, having fun together makes you forget the past and could even make u remember the past and live right. Make a good decision occnate.
