love, support, and friendship are so important to us. i often turn to the serentiy prayer - though associated with 12 step programs - it's a beautiful prayer and recovering from the stress of single parenting should have it's own twelve step recovery in order to maintain inner peace through the turbulent times - which can sometimes seem too numerous.

Have an 18 year old.. She is sometimes soo moody ... and wants everything.... Well for a change i want something too but it is so difficult to meet someone real....To be honest... I have aways cared what i looked like and i do get noticed but I want way more.. No More games.. I want a real guy who is independant and has confidance in himself but is Real and Sincere.. And he has to be SIngle.... And NO games.. It gets so old.. I want a guy who REALLY LOOKS at "ME" For who I am ....

i am asingle mom of 1 handsome boy,my son is everything to me .last year my ex of 20 yrs,passed away my son was only 12 and i could'nt let my son see me fall apart.even though i wanted to.but what can you do,you handle it and i just listen to him.what do i do,i thought about professional help but he said I WON'T GO.so i'm hear.
