i m mark living in bangkok,i havnt eaten meat for 20 years i m strong and fit have you ever thought of the animals packed into trucks to go to the slaughter house the fear the must go through them and that fear carrried into the meat which is also matter and all matter carries with it a vibration and we eat that fear who must that effect our thinking take care jerseyjoe1

As much as possible eatfood made from soy,as soy fights cancer & almonds have latrile in there,& latrile fights cancer also.Therefore look for 'almond butter' & eat it.Put soy milk on cereal & eat the "Fiber One" cereal as it has the most fiber & eating the most fiber prevents you from getting cancer also

When I get very stressed and worried like I am now I eat meat.For 7 months last yr I didn't eat meat,and then just since yesterday I am back on being a vegetarian.

This is for you timg886 who lives in Detroit.Yeah it feels good not eating meat doesn't it? The soy prevents you from getting a heart attack & having heart disease. And tomatoes & soy prevents you men from getting prostate cancer.Push to having a alkaline diet because germs which cause you to get disease can't live in a alkaline diet
