A few years ago we started with a idea of a fun, fresh and slightly different style restaurant. Fond memories of fish tacos in Cancun set the flavor of our menus.
Meanwhile with many painstaking sortie's from Cabo to the Bay Area, we searched for the best of the best, our "Dream Restaurant". Not finding any, we built our own as we saw it.
We hired an executive chef who developed our ideas into delicious reality. With a commitment to excellence, we use only the freshest ingredients, without lard or deep fryers.

Deep fried calamari came with two dips, one a piquant chili, the other an aioli-style sauce. My "Fricasee" was basically a creamy chicken stroganoff-style dish, with lots of caramelized onions and an arborio rice risotto.
