Three Degrees Restaurant, located on the shores of the Willamette River, specializes in sustainable Pacific Northwest cuisine. Chef Vincent Albiez uses the finest in fresh, locally grown ingredients throughout his menu. The wine list features more than 130 selections, most of which hail from select West Coast wineries. The heated outdoor patio, complete with rocking chairs, is the perfect place to enjoy a drink or a happy hour appetizer, while taking in waterfront views. Thirst's focus is on high-quality local, organic ingredients and imported specialty items.
We want you to feel welcome and at ease. Our philosophy on wine is that we are ALL continually learning - we hope to learn from our customers!
