Simi's excellent Northern Indian cuisine is highlighted by their saag paneer, an Indian version of creamed spinach with cheese. The pieces of homemade cheese are so fantastic they might cause you to slip into a temporary nirvanic state. The tandoori dishes are remarkably tender and flavorful, not to mention visually rewarding. For appetizers the vegetable samosa--think empanada--is a sure bet and there are enough versions of naan Indian flat bread to please any guru of Indian food. At Tycoon Flats, family friendly restaurant, basic burger joint isn't in our vocabulary, especially when it comes to our food. Most people in San Antonio call it the best burger joint. That's because the burgers you will find here are bigger, better, and oozing whatever cheese you please. Try the Flats Famous Piggy Piggy burger with Canadian bacon, pepper jack cheese, creole mustard, and chipotle mayo to be wallowing in burger heaven in no time! If bacon isn't your thing, we will be more than happy to customize your burger to be dry or piled high.
Burgers aren't the only thing we pay close attention to, though. The fish tacos are handcrafted with fish, cheese, special sauce and wrapped in a corn taco shell.
