Cindy Baker has owned it since 1997. Mcshane's is known for its' deliciously seasoned chicken- and the recipe is a secret! The seasoning flavor is somewhat like hot sauce, or Buffalo wing sauce, but more pepper-seasoned than fiery. There are hints of chili powder, and it can be found on ½ chickens, wings, sandwiches and salads. Recently, in August 2011, the Food Network's "Restaurant Impossible" made their first trip to NY to visit McShane's Restaurant & Pub.
