Inside, you're greeted with a colorful 400-gallon saltwater aquarium (a favorite with youngsters of all ages) and all kinds of wonderful memorabilia: Framed fishing magazine ads from 50 years ago . . . rustic metal signs . . . fishing trophies . . . rods, reels, waders. Our guests are first attracted to our full lineup of appetizers. Perhaps you'll go for a Shrimp & Lobster Fondue-a blend of shrimp, lobster, spinach and mushrooms in a rich, creamy cheese and white wine sauce. It's topped with melted grated cheese and served with grilled garlic toast for dipping. Or maybe our tasty Coconut Shrimp appetizer sounds too good to resist: butterflied shrimp, hand-breaded with coconut and served with a sweet and tangy dipping sauce.
Then it's on to our delectable seafood entrees. Take the Mixed Seafood Grill-a mouthwatering combination of Lemon-Lime Shrimp, Jim Beam Salmon and Grouper-all seasoned just right and grilled to perfection. Up The Creek features plenty of traditional favorites as well, but we do them with special flair. For our steaks, we start with grain-fed Midwestern beef, hand-cut to our specifications, then custom seared over selected hardwoods to each guest's exact request. Our pasta dishes are popular, too, especially our Seafood Pasta Imperial-a hearty portion of shrimp, lobster, whitefish and mussels in a rich vodka sauce.
